Senior HR Manager

Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
Full Time
Senior Manager/Supervisor

Who we are:
Founded in 2011, Clearly Filtered has established itself as a trusted brand in the direct to customer, e-Commerce space by specializing in powerful water filtration products that are designed to help people reduce their exposure to harmful environmental toxins and contaminants found in tap water.

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on HR leader to build and guide the full spectrum of people operations at Clearly Filtered.  You’ll confidently own employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement—while fostering a high-performance, values-aligned culture rooted in servant leadership. At this small company, you will wear many hats.

This role blends the strategic with the tactical: one day you’re designing our performance review cycle, the next you’re coaching a manager or auditing our compliance documents. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape a workplace where people thrive and contribute meaningfully.

As our Senior HR Manager, you’ll lead across areas including recruiting and retention, employee relations, policy and compliance, and culture initiatives. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, sees the big picture, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make it happen. If you’re passionate about building healthy teams and want to help us scale with purpose and excellence—we’d love to meet you!

This is an in-office position based out of our Rancho Santa Margarita, CA office.
