Clearly Filtered is hiring a Customer Service Agent based out of our Rancho Santa Margarita, CA office! This is a Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm, in office position.

What you will do:
As a Customer Service Agent at Clearly Filtered, you will provide exceptional, outcome-based customer service via multi-channel communications.
$32.00 - $33.50 per hour ($54,080.00 - $56,615.00 annually, due to shift schedule) dependent on experience and qualifications.

What you will do:
As a Customer Service Agent at Clearly Filtered, you will provide exceptional, outcome-based customer service via multi-channel communications.
- Ensure the customer receives the best possible outcome based on their situation
- Clarify customer issues and perform a complete troubleshooting process.
- Record accurate and comprehensive documentation of each customer interaction.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products and stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting techniques to effectively assist customers.
- Be a reliable, credible, and collaborative team member by participating in team meetings, sharing best practices and potential process improvements, willingly asking and answering questions, and inviting feedback.
- Represent the Clearly Filtered brand in a positive way, even when it's uncomfortable or challenging.
- Proactively identify trends to problem solve, assist in process improvement, and look for and share opportunities to reduce customer effort.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or SaaS, customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many different types of personalities and in different situations.
- Ability to clearly explain instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and neutral while engaging with customers under challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge with various CRM and customer support platforms (Gorgias, Shopify, Loop, Recharge, etc.) as well as Google products/services preferred.
