The Senior Product Manager at Clearly Filtered will drive the schedule and deliverables for Clearly Filtered’s product portfolio, focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for managing and delivering product development milestones, project timelines, and go-to-market strategies, acting as a bridge across departments, to collaborate closely with Product Development / Industrial Design, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience ensuring clear communication, effective risk management, and a streamlined approach to project delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a nimble startup environment, is a collaborative problem-solver, and has a passion for driving impactful results.
This is an in-office position based out of our Rancho Santa Margarita, CA office.
What will you do:
The Senior Product Manager will drive the schedule and deliverables for Clearly Filtered’s product portfolio, focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for managing and delivering product development milestones, project timelines, and go-to-market strategies, acting as a bridge across departments, to collaborate closely with Product Development / Industrial Design, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience ensuring clear communication, effective risk management, and a streamlined approach to project delivery.
- Project Management: lead cross-functional projects, develop and maintain project plans, monitor project progress, and coordinate GTM efforts.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: contribute to the product vision, deliver product roadmap objectives, prioritize initiatives, monitor market trends, and align stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as a central point of communication, facilitate regular status meetings, and gather input and feedback.
- Process Optimization: identify and implement process improvements, use project management tools and dashboards, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver innovation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Timely Delivery: Consistently deliver 95% of projects on schedule with contingency plans in place to ensure launch readiness and quality under changing conditions.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Launch all products with fully aligned GTM strategies, hitting at least 90% of milestones and achieving measurable results like revenue growth or a 15% lift in conversion.
- Effective Communication: Establish clear communication protocols and provide regular updates to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement at least three impactful process improvements within the first year, measured by gains in efficiency, cost reduction, or team collaboration.
- Roadmap Accountability: Execute roadmap priorities on time and within budget, while maintaining a transparent, adaptable roadmap that reflects evolving business needs.
- Strategic Alignment: Deliver initiatives that directly support business goals, using a clear prioritization framework to drive measurable value across the organization.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- 5+ years in product project management, ideally within eCommerce or DTC organizations with $30-50 million in annual revenue.
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities and flexible to changing company priorities.
- Strong strategic planning and product execution abilities, with experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation, post-launch, and through product end-of-life.
- Ability to synthesize data with customer & market insights to develop innovative solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with product management software (e.g., Monday.com), data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and a basic understanding of UX/UI principles to guide product improvements.
- Familiarity with eCommerce technology stacks and trends that impact DTC growth, such as personalization, A/B testing, and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills; experience in fostering alignment and enthusiasm among diverse teams in a matrixed organization.

Compensation:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually, dependent on experience, education, and qualifications.
